Titles List

The Titles List is displayed when headings are selected from a Headings List, or as the result of a Guided Search, a Course Reserve search, or of a Title, Journal Title, Keyword or Call Number search from the main Search screen. The Titles List displays the search request, title(s), and other information useful in identifying materials.

To display the record associated with a title, click on the line number, title, date, library or status to display the Brief View.

If a title has a linked resource associated with it will display in the far right column of the titles list. In many cases, although not all, this icon indicates that an electronic version of the item being described is available. The icon itself is not clickable; to get to the link, go to the Brief View of the record.

If there are more titles than can be displayed on one page, you can display the next page by clicking the button. You can view the previous page of titles by clicking the button.

You can save information about records from your current search in several ways as shown in the Print, Save & Email Options section at the bottom of each page in a Titles List.
