Printing and Saving Records
To Print or Save records from a Titles List:
- Check the boxes next to the records you wish to print or save.
- You may select records from multiple pages within the same set of search results by clicking the Retain Marked Records button at the bottom of each page before moving on to the next page.

- Once you have selected all the records you wish to print or save from your search current results, go to the Print, Save & Email Options section at the bottom of any page in the Titles List.

- Under Which records? select the radio button for the records you want to print or save.
- All on this page will allow you to print or save all the records that are displaying on the page you are currently viewing.
- Marked on this page will allow you to print or save only the records on the page you are currently viewing next to which you have put check marks.
- Marked from current search will allow you to print or save the records you have checked from all pages in your current search results.
- From the Select Format: pull-down menu, choose Long View, Brief View or Technical View.
- Click the Display printer-friendly version button. The records will be displayed in plain text on a new page.
- To Print the records, use the Print feature of your web browser.
- To Save the records to a text file, select Save As... from your web browser's File menu. Name the file and add the file extension ".txt". Click the Save button.
- Use your web browser's Back button to return to the Titles List.
To begin a new
search, click the
icon at the top of the screen.
