MyNUcat
Use MyNUcat to customize certain search preferences when you login to NUcat. This option is only available to those holding current Northwestern borrowers cards. When you log in you may view your library records (click on the My Account button at the top of any search page), and renew books online. Logging into MyNUcat also allows you to set the following parameters:MyNUcat Search Preferences
This feature allows you to set search preferences to be used as default settings each time you log into NUcat. You may select the search page (e.g. Search or Guided Search), or the search type if you select the Search page (e.g. Author or Keyword), number of records per page (10, 25, 50 or 100), and you may direct NUcat to always open with one or more of our our special databases to search (e.g. Art History Slide Library).Saved Searches
This feature allows you to save up to 25 search queries for NUcat to run whenever you choose to log in and submit them. To have NUcat run these searches automatically see Email Saved Search Results below.
