Search History
The Search
History screen allows you to re-execute or edit any previous searches
you have performed in your current session. After you have completed at
least one search, the
button will display in the tool bar at the top of the screen.
The Search History screen lists the number of items found for each search, the search type (Keyword, Title, Author, etc.), and the search terms that you used.

To rerun a previous search, click in the Search Type or Searched For column for the particular search you want to re-execute.
To edit a previous search, click the search's line number in the Edit column.
You may combine search sets created using the Guided Search screen. Check the boxes next to the search sets you wish to combine and then click the Search button. You may combine 2 or more search sets at a time. All sets are combined using the Boolean operator "And," and the resulting search will be run in the particular database to which you are currently connected, regardless of which database it originally came from.
Note: The Search History feature does not retain information about search Limits. If you re-execute or edit a search, any current limits in effect will be used instead of limits you had specified previously.
