Emailing Records
To Email records from a Titles List:
- Check the boxes next to the records you wish to email.
- You may select records from multiple pages within the same set of search results by clicking the Retain Marked Records button at the bottom of each page before moving on to the next page.

- Once you have selected all the records you wish to email from your search current results, go to the Print, Save & Email Options section at the bottom of any page in the Titles List.

- Under Which records? select the radio button for the records you want to email.
- All on this page will allow you to email all the records that are displaying on the page you are currently viewing.
- Marked on this page will allow you to email only the records on the page you are currently viewing next to which you have put check marks.
- Marked from current search will allow you to email the records you have checked from all pages in your current search results.
- Enter a full email address in the box marked Enter your email address:.
- Click the Send email button. You will see a new page confirming that your email was sent. Note: Pressing the Enter key on your keyboard will not activate the Send email button. You must click the Send email button with your mouse.
- NUcat records sent by email are only available in the Long View format. There is no need to select a format from the pull-down menu.
- Use your web browser's Back button to return to the Brief View display.
To begin a new
search, click the
icon at the top of the screen.
